About B.A.E.
The objective at Basketball Academy Eindhoven is to introduce young talents to the fundamental basics and intricacies of current european basketball in order for them to eventually be able to thrive at the highest level across the border.

How do we develop talent at B.A.E.
Talent development in basketball is a long-term, systematic process designed to nurture promising athletes and help them reach their full potential.
It goes beyond simply identifying talent and involves providing a supportive and structured environment with individualized coaching, training, and competition opportunities.
The ultimate goal at Basketball Academy Eindhoven is to develop athletes into high-performance competitors next to being socially aware and sound.
There are levels and a process to everything.
Talent must be identified first which is a skill all by itself. It's not easy finding individuals with the potential to excel at a specific sport. Especially basketball where physical attributes have a strong correlation with the ceiling of said potential.
In order to stimulate and improve the skillset and performance of an athlete the propeer coaching, instruction, correction must be provided alongside high quality training.
Mission
Basketball is an international game so we provide the aspiring youngsters with an international platform to maximize their athletic potential. Let's get better together. The future is now.
